Discovering Your Body's WisdomToday we're talking about body wisdom. What does that even mean?
In what ways has your body supported you, and how is it supporting you right now? Do you feel like your body supports you at all? Maybe you hear that question and get uncomfortable, thinking "my body betrays me all the time! I feel like it does the opposite of supporting me!"

Responding To CravingsWhat is your initial reaction when you have a craving?
Do you find yourself feeling frustrated, like a failure? Do you berate yourself for not having enough willpower? Or maybe you try to ignore it altogether, or reach for a substitute to try to avoid the food you're REALLY craving. What if there were other ways to deal with cravings? Do you weigh yourself? If not, why is this? If you do, how does the number on the scale impact your day? How does it impact your relationship with food and your body? Perhaps it doesn’t impact it at all. As we’re expanding on the concept of living in relationship with food and our body, your actions- like weighing yourself- impact this also.
