What are you really reaching for when you’re reaching for food?

Stumbling Towards AwarenessLast week after George Floyd’s murder, my first instinct was to write and post, as writing is a form of therapy for me. While then immediately also acknowledging that my voice was not the voice that needed to be heard. It’s amazing how body image insecurities can seemingly come out of nowhere. A smell, a store, a perceived glance- sometimes it can send us into a spiral that was unexpected.
