Emotional EatingThe term emotional eating gets tossed around like it’s a bad word, as if emotional eating is something to be ashamed of.
Shaming emotional eating is simply a reflection of our society’s fear of emotions. We’re constantly told that we’re too much of something- too cold, too emotional- there’s no winning.
