Living In Flow: The Ovulatory PhaseLast week I introduced the concept of living in the flow of your natural cycles and discussed Phase 1: the Follicular Phase. This week we're moving on to Phase 2 of our 28-day cycle: the Ovulatory Phase. Let's explore how to make the most of our cycles and live in the flow of our life! As women we are taught that our cycles are dirty or shameful. Many of us grew up without discussing this natural and beautiful part of being a women. It's no wonder that we are living out of sync! However it's never too late to connect with our natural flow. If you missed my previous post about cycle syncing and Phase 1, go back and read it here. It will offer you a great foundation for starting your cycle syncing journey! Phase 2 is known as the Ovulatory Phase As the name suggests, during the Ovulatory Phase we release an egg that travels to the uterus. You may even experience some pelvic pain as the egg releases.
Right now I'm laying out some basics of each phase and will continue to go in more depth as we go along. There's so much to discuss and it can get overwhelming! Here are a few things to keep in mind during your Ovulatory Phase:
