What If You Chose Peace?Do you find yourself living in a constant state of anxiety around the size & shape of your body? When I was a chronic dieter, I lived in one of two states of mind: When I tried to be relaxed around food, I lived in fear of gaining weight, and when I was dieting, I was in fear that I wouldn’t be able to lose weight again.

Diets Have Failed YouHave you ever felt the high of starting a new diet? The excitement, the anticipation, the idea that your life will be better, starting tomorrow?
How could you NOT be excited about the promise of a new life- one in which you’re thin, happy, cooking organic food for your perfect family in your gorgeous kitchen? If diets can give me all of that- sign me up, right?! The only thing is… it’s all a façade. What does it mean for a diet to WORK?
Let's explore how, even though we KNOW diets don't work long-term, we continue to reach for them. Being anti-diet does not mean I’m anti-health. In fact, diets are inherently anti-health.
There’s a massive misconception that being anti-diet means I encourage clients to eat endless amounts of “junk food” day in and day out without moving their bodies.
