You're Cordially Invited...2020 has been rough, y'all. But this holiday season doesn't have to be. The numerous unknowns of 2020 have only added to the typical stress that accompanies this time of year, and between having sick loved ones or not being able to connect with them at all this year, you don't have to spend the holiday season alone. Have you found yourself reaching outside of yourself for guidance & comfort this time of year? Whether it’s asking friends for endless amounts of advice, being unable to make a decision on what to do this holiday season, or turning to food, shopping or booze to cope, I see you. If 2020 has taught us anything it’s that we’re not in control, yet the mind wants to cling to any semblance of control it can find. The effort of trying to keep it all together can leave you feeling completely drained and deflated. I will support you in moving through the holiday season with ease and confidence. Lovely, you’re not alone in dealing with this tumultuous time of year, which is why I created an invitation specifically for you - an invitation to explore a deep peace within yourself that you can learn to access. This is your invitation to explore a deep peace & create a sense of what you've always hoped your holidays could look like! This {IN}vitation includes two 2-hour sessions:
One before Christmas and one before New Year’s Eve. The themes of these sessions are Coping With Family on December 23, and Overcoming Loneliness on December 30. We'll return to these themes throughout each session, although any topics the Inner Self wants to discuss are welcome! These sessions will be led by me, Jessica Smith, Certified Inner Voice Facilitator. During these group Inner Self sessions, you'll be supported to explore what it feels like to quiet the noise of the mind and allow the Inner Self to communicate with you. We’ll ask the collective Inner Selves various questions and will let them share their wisdom with the group. You'll be guided every step of the way to learn how to pause and listen to what your unique Inner Self has to tell you. This will be a safe space for any feelings, emotions, or fears to show up. Plus, this Inner Self experience will be even more powerful because you'll be in surrounded by a community of Inner Selves! You’ll leave each session with an understanding of how to release the need to feel in control, and will feel more confident in knowing you'll be able to handle whatever this holiday season has in store for you.
