Living In Flow: The Menstrual PhaseIt has been so fun to share how to live in flow with your cycles! Today we're ending with the menstrual phase. So often this phase is one that we are taught to dread, however this phase has so much to teach us! Let's dive in! To read more about cycle syncing and the other 3 phases of your cycle, check out my blog post here, here & here. These are great places to begin before moving on. Phase 4 is known as the Menstrual Phase During the menstrual phase the uterine lining is shed and we experience bleeding. Estrogen increases then drops, preparing for another cycle of ovulation. During this phase you may experience cramping, fatigue, and back pain.

Although we may have been taught to despise this phase, when we learn to honor this phase as another guide in our journey towards healing our cycles, we can spend this time reflecting and learning.
